Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically shipped very quickly (same day or next business day). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

• We ship domestically by USPS Priority Mail.
• Transit time is typically 2-3 business days*.
• Higher value shipments may require a signature upon delivery at our discretion.

(*Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. The closer you are to a major city, the more likely your package will be delivered in the estimated timeframe. More rural areas may require an additional day or two for delivery.)

Refunds & Returns

We stand behind all our products with a industry exclusive 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us to arrange for a return and refund. It’s that simple!

Products Eligible for Refunds:

• Any product that has not been opened or used.
• A maximum of two opened products (including individual vials) per order.

This guarantee applies for 60 days and begins from the day the tracking number confirms delivery. After 60 days, we cannot guarantee you a full refund or exchange – but will consider such requests on a case-by-case basis Customer satisfaction is our number one priority!

Notes:

• All refunds or exchanges must be pre-approved in advance – please do not ship us a return before you have been issued an RMA.
• We will provide you with a pre-paid label – we believe that customers should not have to pay to to get an exchange or refund.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method when possible – usually within 2-3 days of receiving a return.
